Janitorial - Schumaker Place

Position Reports To: 
Property Manager
Full-time (Benefits Included)
*Perform functions such as cleaning windows, floors, stairwells, laundry rooms, elevators, carpets, vacant apartments, emptying trash, picking up paper and debris on the grounds. *Perform special assignments as needed or requested by the Property Manager, as applicable and must be able to lift 40 lbs. Position is 22.5 hours a week and includes a schedule of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
1 year experience in custodial capacity; ability to work independently. Candidates required to read, speak, and comprehend the English language, must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and the ability to lift heavy equipment up to 50 lbs. We are a non-smoking environment. For the safety of our residents and staff we require current COVID-19 vaccinations.
