Residential Asset Manager

Position Reports To: 
Associate Director & Director of Property Management
Full-Time (Benefits Available)
• Review and analysis of the financial performance of all properties; • The development of a comparative operations matrix to evaluate property expenses, controls and monitors vacancies and turn-over trends; • Monitor monthly cashflow and coordinate reserve fund request to lenders or regulatory agencies; • Track and maintain internally generated capital needs assessments; • Aid in the evaluation and placement of property insurance and monitor insurance claims; • Assist Regional Property Managers in preparation of annual property operating budgets;
EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION / TRAINING • Candidate must possess a college degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or equivalent with a minimum 3.25 GPA. • At least 3 to 5 years of finance or data analytic experience preferred. • Must be able to work independently and have strong inter-personal skills. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Yardi accounting software experience preferred but not required. • Travel required on a limited basis.
